Front parking lot at a worksite located at 9767 Pritchard Road, in Jacksonville, Florida 32208: On or about April 20, 2022, the employer exposed an employee to head injury hazards, in that a hard hat was not utilized by the employee who was working on the ground underneath the basket setting up lights and cleaning up.
