The point(s) of operation of machinery exposing employees to injury did not have guards that were in conformity with appropriate standards to prevent employee(s) from having any part of their body in the danger zone(s) during operating cycle(s):  Location: 2 Como Court, Towaco, NJ 07082   Instance A  An employee utilized a Bliss NO 73 1/2 metal stamping machine to stamp metals without a guard resulting in the amputation of the employee's fingers.  Instance B Employees at the facility utilized a Bliss NO 73 1/2 stamping machine with a guard at the point of operation that did not entirely prevent employees from having any body part in the danger zone during an operating cycle    Violation occurred on and about 04/14/2022 and 04/19/2022.
