29 CFR  1910.30(a)(1): The employer did not assure that each employee had been trained, as necessary, by a qualified person in the nature of fall hazards in the work area:  On or about 04/21/2022, at 6431 Stirling Road, Davie, Florida, employees exposed to fall hazards while storing boxes on top of a fridge while positioned approximately 6 feet from ground level lacked fall training to recognize and avoid the hazards associated with falls.

29 CFR  1910.159(c)(10): The minimum vertical clearance of 18 inches between automatic sprinkler systems sprinklers and the material below was not maintained:   On or about 04/21/2022, at 6431 Stirling Road, Davie, Florida, employees were exposed to fire hazards while storing boxes on top of a the groceries shelves at the aisles of a supermarket, due to having a vertical clearance of 12 inches between boxes and the fire sprinklers.
