Employees were observed using body belts as a means of fall protection and were exposed to a fall arrest condition with a 18-foot fall hazard.

Employees were exposed to a fall hazard of at least 10 feet. Employees were not protected by fall protection systems. B.) 422 Stambaugh Avenue, Sharon, PA.: Residential main roof- on or about 04/20/2022and at times prior thereto, employees were conducting tear off operations on a roof with an 8:12 pitch. Employees were exposed to a fall hazard of at least 18 feet. Employees were using improper PFAS .
