29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1): The employer did not establish and implement a written respiratory protection program that included the provisions in 29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1)(i) - (ix) with worksite specific procedures where respirators are necessary to protect the health of the employees or whenever respirators are required by the employer: (a) The Homeplace of Stanley, LLC. located at 225 E. 4th Ave. Stanley, WI 54768: On or about December 31, 2021, and times thereafter, the employer did not implement a written respiratory protection program with worksite-specific procedures for respirator use that included all provisions in 29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1)(i) - (ix). Employees were required to wear N95 respirators to protect against the SARS-CoV-2 virus while providing patient care to suspected and confirmed positive COVID-19 residents.
