29 CFR  1903.19(d)(1):The employer did not submit to the Agency documents demonstrating that abatement is complete for each willful or repeat violation and for any serious violation for which the Agency indicates in the citation that such abatement documentation is required:  Worksite located at Jct. Hwy 291 & Wild Horse Road, Lake Winnebago, Missouri- The employer, Stone Craft, failed to submit abatement documentation to the OSHA office indicating that the violative conditions have been corrected.

29 CFR  1926.102(a)(1):Employees did not use eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents:  Worksite located at Jct. Hwy 291 & Wild Horse Road, Lake Winnebago, Missouri- An employee  was not protected from struck-by hazards when observed using a radial masonry saw to cut blocks and was not using any means of eye or face protection in case of block or blade fracture.

29 CFR  1926.1153(c)(1): 29 CFR 1926.1153(c)(1): For each employee engaged in a task identified on Table 1, the employer did not fully and properly implement the engineering controls, work practices, or  respiratory protection specified for the task on Table 1.  Worksite located at Jct. Hwy 291 & Wild Horse Road, Lake Winnebago, Missouri- Employee was observed cutting expansion joints using a radial chop saw and was not protected from respirable silica particulates by the use of engineering controls, work practices, or respiratory protection specified for tasks on Table 1.
