29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or a combination of warning line system and guardrail systems, warning line system and safety net system, warning line system and personal fall arrest system, or warning line system and safety monitoring system: (a) Front Range Roofing Systems, LLC at 400 Powers St., Eire, CO 80516: On or before April 22, 2022, the exposing employer did not ensure employees were protected from injury, in that an employee placed cardboard on the edge of the roof without using a fall protection system. The employee was working between the warning line system and the roof edge. This condition exposed the employee to a fall of approximately 14 feet.
