29 CFR 1926.21(b)(2):The employer did not instruct each employee in the recognition and avoidance of unsafe conditions and the regulations applicable to his work environment to control or eliminate any hazards or other exposure to illness or injury: Location: Worksite On or about April 25, 2022, the employer did not ensure that each employee was instructed in the recognition of hazards associated with using a table saw. Actual Injury: On April 25, 2022, an employee suffered serious lacerations to his left hand resulting in hospitalization.
