Aisles and passageways shall be kept clear and in good repair, with no obstruction across or in aisles that could create a hazard. Permanent aisles and passageways shall be appropriately marked.  a) On or about April 26, 2022, the employer did not ensure the path of travel employees took through the main aisle from the fabrication area to the break area was marked while hubtex side loaders were being operated in the main aisle.
