29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a) On or about 04/26/2022; at a steep roof that had a slope that was about 7 in 12, located at in 531 Franklin st, Buffalo NY., employees were working on the roof with no equipment being utilized for fall protection. Employees were exposed to fall hazard of about 24 feet. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
