29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): On or about April 26, 2022, at the residential construction site located at 7607 Green Bullrush Katy, TX, employees were working greater than 6 feet when performing roofing work on a three story house without a fall protection system. Abel Garcia/dba AGP Construction LLC was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1597193, citation number 2 item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 6/24/2022 with respect to a workplace located at 512 Northern Pike Drive Willis, TX 77318.
