29 CFR 1910.30(a)(3): In that an employee had not been trained in the nature and recognition of fall hazards in the work area; the procedures to minimize those fall hazards; the correct procedures for installing, inspecting, operating, maintaining, and disassembling the personal fall protection systems that the employee uses; the correct use of personal fall protection systems and equipment. a) Facility- Fresh-Nap Machines - The employer did not ensure that employees were trained to recognize the hazards related to working from an A-Frame platform ladder while cleaning machinery, on or about April 23, 2022. There is no abatement certification or documentation required for this item.
