29 CFR  1910.219(a)(2): 29 CFR 1910.219(a)(2): Vertical and inclined belts (paragraphs (e) (3) and (4) of this section) if not more than two and one-half (2 1/2) inches wide and running at a speed of less than one thousand (1,000) feet per minute, and if free from metal lacings or fastenings were not guarded with a nip-point belt and pulley guard.   (a) On or about April 21, 2022 at the site employees were exposed to amputation hazards when working on the #3 Dust Collector motor and fan which was not guarded.
