29 CFR 1926.100(a):Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets: (a) This violation occurred on or about April 27,2022, at the job site located at 1003 Devonshire Street, Forney, TX; where employees doing framing work on a new residential two-story single-family house and were exposed to head injuries where overhead hazard exists by not wearing hard hats. MARIO VILLALOBOS WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD 1926.100(a) OR ITS EQUIVALENT WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 1278369, CITATION NUMBER 1, ITEM 1A THAT WAS ISSUED ON NOVEMBER 29, 2017, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 1507 ENGLISH BLUE LANE EULESS, TX 76040. MARIO VILLALOBOS WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD 1926.102(a)(1) OR ITS EQUIVALENT WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 1278369, CITATION NUMBER 1, ITEM 2A THAT WAS ISSUED ON NOVEMBER 29, 2017, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 1507 ENGLISH BLUE LANE EULESS, TX 76040.
