Crossbraces were used as a means of access. a) Worksite, 5 Boces Road, Poughkeepsie, New York, 12601, third tier of fabricated frame scaffold: On or prior to April 27, 2022, an employee was accessing the third tier of the fabricated frame scaffold, approximately 24 feet above the ground, by climbing on the end frames of the scaffold.
