Bags, containers, bundles, etc., stored in tiers shall be stacked, blocked, interlocked and limited in height so that they are stable and secure against sliding or collapse:  On or about April 27, 2022, in the storeroom at 3433 Olton Road, Plainview, Texas, employees were exposed to struck-by hazards from boxes stacked uneven and unsecure against sliding or collapse.  a. North Wall stacked boxes of multiple sizes not secured against sliding and collapse.  b. South Wall stacked boxes of multiple sizes not secured against sliding and collapse.  c. East  Wall stacked boxes of multiple sizes not secured against sliding and collapse.  d. West Wall stacked boxes of multiple sizes not secured against sliding and collapse.   Dollar Tree was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.176(b), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1579408, citation number 1, item number 2a and was affirmed as a final order on 5/19/2022, with respect to a workplace located at 395 Admiral St Providence, RI 02905.
