At temporary new construction worksite, located at 1311 NW 13th Street in Gainesville, Florida 32601: On or about April 27, 2022, the employer exposed an employee to a fall hazard, in that fall protection was not utilized by an employee, while working from the basket of an aerial lift to install metal stud-type materials to the exterior wall of a structure.

29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards: a. At temporary new construction worksite, located at 1311 NW 13th Street in Gainesville, Florida 32601: On or about April 27, 2022, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards ranging from 6 to 27-foot, in that fall protection training was not provided to the employees, prior to performing framing and DensGlass work.
