29 CFR  1926.100(a):Employees working in areas where there is a possible danger of head injury from impact, or from falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets.  a)  On or about April 26, 2022, employees were exposed to struck by hazards while working in hoist operations. Employees were not wearing protective helmets where there was a possible danger of head injury from falling objects.  No abatement certification or documentation required for this violation.

29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system unless another provision in paragraph (b):  a)  On or about April 26, 2022, employees were exposed to fall hazards while working without fall protection on a residential building from a pitched roof having a ground to eave height of approximately 19.5 feet and 10.5 feet.  No abatement certification or documentation required for this violation.
