29 CFR 1926.62(d)(1)(i): The employer did not initially determine if any employee may be exposed to lead at or above the action level: a) At the workplace, located at "Headgate Repair Pit" project, in the 6th floor of the US Army Corps of Engineers McNary Dam, in Umatilla OR: On or about and at times prior to April 15, 2022, the employer failed to ensure that the construction and demolition work being performed at the workplace did not expose employees to dust containing Lead from the walls paint.
