29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3): Exit route(s) were not kept free and unobstructed. On or about April 27, 2022, and at times prior thereto and at times thereafter, the emergency exit door located in the back corner of the store was obstructed by the sloping sidewalk that prevented the door from fully opening exposing employees to injuries in the event of an emergency.
