29 CFR  1910.28(c)(2):The Employer failed to protect employees from falling objects by erecting canopy structures or keeping potential falling objects far enough from an edge, hole, or opening to prevent them from falling to a lower level:    (a) On or about March 23, 2022, at or near 3120 39th Street South in Fargo, North Dakota, for the employees exposed to struck by hazards while performing their duties as mechanics, where materials were stored in the roof rafters above the mezzanine and were not protected from falling to the walking-working surface below.
