OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees by exposing employees to struck-by and/or caught-between hazards: On or about April 27, 2022 at the facility, in the coatings department employees feeding materials, such as, but not limited to rubber-coated fabrics into the Farrel-Birmingham vertical calender, serial number 58A2294 were exposed to the ingoing nip points of the calender.
