Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b): Worksite: Second floor area of new residential construction @ 340 E. Central St. Franklin, MA 02038 On or about 4/28/22 employees were exposed to fall hazards of more than 15 feet to the ground below, where a guardrail system or, personal fall arrest system was not in use.
