29 CFR 1926.55(a)(2): Employee(s) were exposed to an airborne concentration of carbon monoxide listed in Table 1 in excess of the 8-hour time-weighted average concentration of 50 parts per million: On or about April 25, 2022, at a worksite located at 5412 Hawk's Nest Circle in Sheffield Village, Ohio, the employer did not ensure that an employee operating a walk-behind gasoline powered trowel to finish the concrete floor of a residential basement was protected from exposure to carbon monoxide levels which exceed the 8-hour time weighted average concentration of 50 parts per million. An employee was exposed to carbon monoxide concentrations at an 8-hour time weight average of 244.6 parts per million.
