29 CFR  1910.36(c)(1):Each exit discharge did not lead directly outside or to a street, walkway, refuge area, public way, or open space with access to the outside.  (a) Exit Door (Near Printing Area): On or about 9/19/2022 and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to fire and entrapment hazards, in that the exit door did not lead to a safe access away  from the facility. The exit discharge lead to a fenced in area right outside the exit door.

29 CFR  1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and/or (h) will be met:  (a) Press Area: On or about 4/12/2022 and at times prior, employees were exposed to chemical hazards, in that a written hazard communication program addressing safety data sheets and pictograms was not implemented when employees were required to handle hazardous chemicals such as but not limited to blanket wash while cleaning the print press machine.

The safety data sheets were kept in a manager's office closet.
