29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1): A written respiratory protection program that included the provisions in 29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1)(i) - (ix) with worksite specific procedures was not established and implemented for required respirator use: (a) On or about April 28, 2022, the employer did not ensure that all elements required under 29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1)(i) - (ix) including, but not limited to, cleaning, storage, maintenance, training and usage, were contained in the respiratory protection program. Workers are required to use a N95 filtering facepiece when entering the living space of patients diagnosed with COVID-19 and are exposed to potential health hazards.
