29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v):A body belt was not worn and/or a lanyard was not attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift: On or about April 30, 2022, at a construction site in Montgomery, TX, employee was exposed to fall hazards when working from a Genie Z-45/25J aerial lift to install aluminum sheets to the exterior of a newly constructed commercial building, without a personal fall arrest system or lanyard attached to the boom or basket of the lift.
