29 CFR 1926.502(d)(16)(iii):Personal fall arrest systems, when stopping a fall, were not rigged such that an employee could not free fall more than 6 feet (1.8 m) nor contact any lower level: 45 Retreat Avenue, Hartford, CT: On or about April 29, 2022, Internal Shock-Absorbing Lanyards, Model numbers 8259Y3 and HS8259Y3 were anchored at the level of the employee's feet, approximately 55 feet from the ground, which would allow for falls of approximately 10 feet.
