29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain a safety program which provides for frequent and regular inspections of jobsites, materials, and equipment to be made by a competent person:  (a) On or about  April 29, 2022, frequent and regular inspections of the job site were not conducted by a competent person to ensure hazardous conditions were found and corrected in a timely manner.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph       1926.501 (b)  (a) On or about April 29, 2022, employee(s) conducting roofing work on a 4:12 pitch roof on the west side of the detached garage structure, were not protected from falling to the lower level. This exposed employees to a fall hazard of approximately eight (8) feet.  (b) On or about April 29, 2022, employees conducting roofing  repair work on a 6:12 pitch roof on the west side  of the  main house structure, were not protected from falling to the lower level. This exposed employees to a fall hazard of approximately nineteen (19)  feet four (4) inches at the eave.
