29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1)(vii):For all scaffolds not otherwise specified in paragraphs (g)(1)(i) through (g)(1)(vi) of this section, each employee was not protected by the use of personal fall arrest systems or guardrail systems meeting the requirements of paragraph (g)(4) of this section. Worksite: Front side of work area facing street @ Ocean Grove Drive, Swansea, MA. 02777 On or about 4/29/22 employees were exposed to fall hazards of more than 13 feet to the ground below, where a guardrail system or. personal fall arrest system was not in use.
