29 CFR 1926.403(i)(1)(i): The dimension of the working space in the direction of access to live parts operating at 600 volts, nominal, or less and likely to require examination, adjustment, servicing, or maintenance while alive was less than that 30 inches: On or about 04/29/2022, on the Hard Rock Stadium red bull area located at 347 Don Shula Drive , Miami Gardens, Florida, employees were exposed to electric arc flash hazards while accessing/manipulating an energized meter socket box without taking the required exposure control and/or mitigation measures. IN THE ALTERNATIVE: 29 CFR 1926.416(a)(1): Employees were permitted to work in proximity to electric power circuits and were not protected against electric shock by de-energizing and grounding the circuits or effectively guarding the circuits by insulation or other means: On or about 04/29/2022, on the Hard Rock Stadium red bull area located at 347 Don Shula Drive , Miami Gardens, Florida, employees were exposed to electric arc flash hazards while accessing/manipulating an energized meter socket box without taking the required exposure control and/or mitigation measures.
