29 CFR 1910.134(a)(2): A respirator was not provided by the employer to each employee when such equipment was necessary to protect the health of the employee: (Construction Reference 1926.103) On or about April 25, 2022, an employee cutting cement with a portable circular saw was exposed to respiratory hazards from dust, silica dust and particles. The employee was not using the properpersonal protective equipment, he was using a cloth gaiter to partially cover his face.
