29 CFR 1910.37(b)(2):Each exit was not clearly visible and marked by a sign reading "Exit":  On or about May 2nd 2022, Employees a the Bonneville Lock and Dam Powerhouse One were exposed to burns, lacerations, and death when fire exits were not clearly marked in the following locations: PH1 Main Exit +55, +77 Control Room, +95 Office Area, +95 Outside Exit.  The ARMY CORPS OF ENGINEERS was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.37(b)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number1453675 , citation number1-1, item number and was affirmed as a final order on 05-26-2020, with respect to a workplace located at THE DALLES DAM THE DALLES, OR 97058.

29 CFR  1910.37(b)(4):Signs were not posted along the exit access indicating the direction of travel to the nearest exit and exit discharge when the direction of travel to the exit or exit discharge was not immediately apparent:  On or about May 2nd 2022, Employees at the Bonneville Lock and Powerhouse One  were exposed to burns, lacerations, and death when exit access indicating the direction of travel to the nearest exit and exit discharge when the direction of travel to the exit or exit discharge was not immediately apparent on levels:  +55, +77, and  +95  of Power house One.  The ARMY CORPS OF ENGINEERS  was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR  1910.37(b)(4) , which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1453675, citation number 1-1, item number B and was affirmed as a final order on 05-26-2020, with respect to a workplace located at The Dalles Lock & Dam

29 CFR  1910.37(b)(5):Each doorway or passage along an exit access that could be mistaken for an exit was not marked "Not an Exit" or similar designation, or be identified by a sign indicating its actual use (e.g. closet):  On or about May 2nd 2022, Employees a the Bonneville Lock and dam tower One were exposed to burns, lacerations, and death when entryways which were not exits were  not clearly marked on levels: Inside +55 Break room, +55 Break room, +77 Server Room, +95 Break room, +95 Hall Area.
