29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: In the following areas where corrosive chemical materials were handled, eyewash stations were obstructed and not available for immediate use: a) Kitchen Scullery: Eye wash station adjacent to the scullery cleaning closet was blocked by an open door blocked open. b) Maintenance Shop: Eye wash station was missing. c) Warehouse: Eye wash station was missing next to warehouse work bench located on opposite end of warehouse from administrative office. Employees were exposed to eye burns or blindness.

29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1)(ii): The required working space about electric equipment rated 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground, was used for storage: On or Before May, November 4, 2021, the employer permitted materials to be stored directly in front of the electrical panel. This condition interferes with access and immediate shutdown of a circuit in the panel, particularly in the event of an emergency. This condition exposed employees to electrical and/or fire hazard(s). In the follow locations: (a) Main Kitchen cook line (b) Bakery
