29 CFR 1910.1001(j)(4)(i): The employer did not ensure labels or signs required by 29 CFR 1910.1001(j)(4)(i) for previously installed presumed asbestos-containing material (PACM) and/or other asbestos-containing material (ACM) were attached or posted in areas where they will be clearly notice by employees who are likely to be exposed: a) Pavillion Wing - north end of hallway at the nursing lounge: On or about May 02, 2022, the employer did not provide or display a warning sign for asbestos containing material (ACM) and/or presumed asbestos containing material (PACM), and the hazards of exposure to the carcinogen, so employees working in and near locations that vinyl tile flooring was being removed were made aware. b) Pavillion Wing - base end of hallway at the Bistro Lounge room: On or about May 02, 2022, the employer did not provide or display a warning sign for asbestos containing material (ACM) and/or presumed asbestos containing material (PACM), and the hazards of exposure to the carcinogen, so employees working in and near locations that vinyl tile flooring was being removed were made aware.
