Hazardous chemicals used included, but were not limited to: Flammable Rust Preventive 6000 and Minsolv OMS.

29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(6):The employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged or marked with the product identifier, signal word, hazard statement(s), pictogram(s), precautionary statement(s) and name, address, and telephone number of the chemical manufacturer, importer, or other responsible party. PRODUCTION AND SHIPPING/RECEIVING AREAS: On or about May 6, 2022, unlabeled containers of Category 3 and Category 4 Flammable liquids were located throughout the production and shipping/receiving areas.
