On or about 3 May 2022, 8000 Nisky Center, Ste. 14, at the Computer Room, an electrical panel (RP-G 120/208 Y 3PH 4W FED from SSA MBP) was not provided and maintained with a minimum of 3 feet working clearance, exposing employees to electrical hazards. b. On or about 3 May 2022, 8000 Nisky Center, Ste. 14, at the Training Classroom, an electrical panel (RP-E 120/208 Y 3PH 4W FED from SSA MBP) was not provided and maintained with a minimum of 3 feet working clearance, exposing employees to electrical hazards.
