The outlet did not have a cover or faceplate exposing the employees to energized wires.  b) Break room South Wall: On or about May 3, 2022 and times prior, employees utilized a 120V electrical outlet to plug in battery for an electric leaf blower.  The outlet did not have a cover or faceplate exposing the employees to energized wires.
