29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): Employer had not developed or implemented a written hazard communication program which at included the requirements outlined in 29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(i) and (e)(1)(ii):    Location: Shop a) On or about May 03, 2022, and at times prior thereto, employees use hazardous chemicals such as, but not limited to, spray paint (xylene and toluene), MINWAX Polycrylic (2-butoxyethanol, ethylene glycol, 1-methyl-2-pyrrolidone) when performing work on glass. The employer did not develop or implement a written hazard communication program.  Note: Because abatement of this violation is already documented in the casefile, the employer need not submit certification nor documentation of abatement of this violation as normally required by 29 CFR 1903.19.
