29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2):The employer did not report within 24-hours a work-related incident resulting in in-patient hospitalization, amputation or the loss of an eye. On or about May 2, 2022, at approximately 3:00am, an employee was hospitalized for an injury that occurred on April 28, 2022. The employer was notified on May 2, 2022 , but the hospitalization was not reported within 24 hours to the local Area Office of the Occupational Safety and Health Administration.
