This was demonstrated when a relocated power tap (Project Source - Model 598996) was plugged into another extension cord in series and not in accordance with the listing, labeling, and certification of the extension cords. This occurred on or about June 2, 2022, the relocatable power tap was being used by employees to power tools and equipment.
