OSH Act of 1970 Section 5(a)(1):  Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to chemical hazards:       a) On or about 6/2/2022, Throughout the farm: Employees were dispensing and using corrosive chemicals including, but not limited to Sur-Hoof and HB Triple Play #4119.  Employees exposed to splash hazards.  Employees were not provided with or using eye and face protection in the form of splash goggles and face shields.    Abatement certification is required for this item.

Employees were not adequately trained in regards to the proper personal protective equipment to be used.   Abatement certification is required for this item.
