29 CFR 1910.304(c)(3)(i):Service conductors installed as open conductors or multiconductor cable without an overall outer jacket shall have a clearance of not less than 914 mm (3.0 ft) from windows that are designed to be opened, doors, porches, balconies, ladders, stairs, fire escapes, and similar locations. However, conductors that run above the top level of a window may be less than 914 mm (3.0 ft) from the window. Vertical clearance of final spans above, or within 914 mm (3.0 ft) measured horizontally of, platforms, projections, or surfaces from which they might be reached shall be maintained in accordance with paragraph (c)(2) of this section. On or about April 25, 2022, at this location, clutter was in front of the electrical panel boxes. This exposed employees to electrical hazards.

On or about April 28, 2022, at this location, spray bottles are used to spray parts as they are being assembled and used throughout the day. The product is Acetone and is a very flammable liquid and is corrosive to the skin if it comes in contact. Bottles were placed throughout the work area and had no labeling to identify what each bottle contained. This exposed employees to chemical exposures.
