29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2):The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s): a) On or about April 30, 2022, and at times prior, Corey Construction, as the controlling employer, did not ensure to initiate and maintain programs which provided frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials, and equipment to be made by a competent person. An employee of LA Construction LLC was not protected by a fall protection system while working on the roof approximately 10 feet high. This condition exposed the employees to fall hazards above 6 feet.
