29 CFR 1910.140(c)(18): Personal fall protection systems must be inspected before initial use during each workshift for mildew, wear, damage, and other deterioration, and defective components must be removed from service: (a) On or about 05/04/2022 - Lowe's Home Improvement located at 1201 19th Street North, Bessemer, AL, 35020, employees in the Receiving Area were exposed to a fall hazard when working from powered industrial vehicles to retrieve merchandise utilizing a harness that was damaged.
