29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or a combination of warning line system and guardrail system, warning line system and safety net system, or warning line system and personal fall arrest system, or warning line system and safety monitoring system.  Or, on roofs 50-feet (15.25 m) or less in width, each employee was not protected by use of a monitoring system.  a) Best Shot indoor shooting range, near 16797 and 16765 Coastal Highway Lewes, DE 19958: On or about May 4, 2022, the employer failed to ensure subcontractor's employees used fall protection while working approximately 18 feet above the grade, exposing employees to fall hazards.   Warfel Construction Company, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard CFR 1926.501(b)(11), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1391707, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on 8/16/2019, with respect to a workplace located at 1679 S. Dupont Highway, Lakeview Plaza, Dover DE.  Warfel Construction Company, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard CFR 1926.501(b)(10), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1254549, citation number 2, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on 10/18/2017, with respect to a workplace located at 1514 Bay Road, Xtreme Graphix, Milford, DE.
