29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1):Each employee on a walking/working surface having an unprotected side or edge which was six or more feet (1.8m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. Site: 51 East 51st Street Brooklyn, NY On or about 5/4/22 a) An employee worked near the edge of a balcony and was not utilizing fall protection. He was exposed to a fall of approximately 30 feet.
