29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2)(v): Fork-lifts were used to support scaffold platforms while the entire platform was not securely attached to the fork.  On or about May 4, 2022, at this inspection site, an employee conducted construction activities from a fork mounted work platform that was not secured to the rough terrain forklift and was exposed to falls greater than 6 feet.
