29 CFR 1904.41(a)(2): The employer had 20 or more employees, but fewer than 250 employees at any time during the previous calendar year, was classified in an industry listed in 29 CFR 1904.41 Appendix A, and the employer did not electronically submit information from the OSHA Form 300A Summary of Work-Related Injuries and Illnesses to OSHA or OSHA's designee no later than the date listed in 29 CFR 1904.41(c) of the year after the calendar year covered by the form. a.) Neffsville Nursing and Rehabilitation Center 2829 Lititz Pike Lancaster, PA; On or about May 5, 2022 the employer did not electronically submit OSHA Form 300A Summary of Work-Related Injuries and Illnesses to OSHA or OSHA's designee within the established timeframes established by law; thereby violating OSHA record keeping requirements via administrative error. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
