29 CFR 1910.253(e)(5)(i): Hose for oxy-fuel gas service did not comply with the Specification for Rubber Welding Hose, 1958, Compressed Gas Association and Rubber Manufacturers Association. Alignment Bay - The oxy-acetylene torch hoses were attached using screw type hose clamps and not the required swedged fittings to prevent the hoses from slipping off the torch connections.
